As non-controlling shareholders, we collectively represent the interests of minority shareholders. MISALICO is a registered institution with the Registrar of Companies, identified by registration number 1010600. Our primary aim at MISALICO is to empower individual minority shareholders by enhancing their understanding of the intricacies of the Stock Exchange market. By achieving this objective, we strive to fulfill several related goals. These include facilitating better investment decision-making among our members and enabling them to actively engage in the affairs of the companies they invest in. This involvement extends to participating in crucial events such as annual general meetings (AGMs) and other stakeholder engagements. Through our collective voice, we endeavor to ensure that decisions made at such gatherings serve the best interests of all stakeholders, including minority shareholders.
